Account Executives
DESCRIPTION
Account Executives (AE) run demos, provides consultation to customers, understand client objectives, and propose and close deals. Sales personnel should stay in touch with new customers they close past the close until the new customer is deployed and launched. Click here to read more about Account Executives.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
- Discover root problems, show value to prospects.
- Build trust relationships with client executives at all levels in order to close deals.
- Learn how to creatively leverage a wide range of workflows across different roles, departments, and industries.
- Manage the closing side of sales cycle: from qualified lead to demo to contract generation, contract signing and closing.
- Identify inefficiencies and pain points in existing workflows for qualified leads and effectively communicate how we can address those issues.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of a Four (4)- year Bachelor course, preferably business course
- At least 2 years of relevant and recent experience
- Compassionate and competitive nature
- Excellent communication skills
- High tolerance for rejection
- Charisma and charm
- Bold and confident
