Customer Success Manager
DESCRIPTION
Customer Success Manager (CSM) own overall relationship with assigned clients, which includes: increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and maxing satisfaction. They establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned client and drive continued value of our products and services. Develop, prepare, and nurture customers for advocacy. Work with clients to establish critical goals, or other key performance indicators and aid the customer in achieving their goals. Work to identify and/or develop upsell opportunities. Manage programmatic account escalations
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
- Creating, building, and maintaining good customer relations with customers, as well as fostering trust and confidence to the company;
- Provide user-trainings and assistance;
- Collaborating with other departments and with customers to ensure timely delivery of results and resolutions;
- Prompt compliance of set deliverables and quotas as scheduled.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Four (4)-year College degree holder, Business or Accountancy-related course is an advantage
- Preferably 1-4 years experienced employee specializing in Customer Service, Accounts Management, or equivalent;
- Relationship-focused;
- Ability to teach;
- Detail-oriented;
- Team-player;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong presentation skills;
- Ability to quickly grasp basic technical concepts.
